“ Heart of Stamford Bridge” Eden Michael Walter Hazard was born on 7 January 1991, La Louviere, Belgium. He was born to a footballer parents (Thierry, father and Carine, mother). From childhood he was a admirer of great French midfielder Zinedine Zidane. Eden Hazard used to watch videos of his idol on television and internet. His passion towards football made him renowned for his creativity, dribbling, passing and vision.
Who knew a boy with 1.75m (5ft 9in) height would be best winger or attacking midfielder of his generation. Eden Hazard began his career with Lille Ligue 1 club in 2007 (Age 16). He became an early sensation at Lille.

Turning point in his career came after signing for English club Chelsea in June 2012. During his time at Chelsea he was compared with the level of Messi, Ronaldo & Neymar. Little master who used to admire Zinedine Zidane, would attract the attention of his idol. Zidane who was a manager at world’s best club Real Madrid started to follow him. On 2019 summer transfer window hazard signed with Real Madrid. He was signed on £150m with add-ons. Eventually Eden Hazard became the most expensive player in Real Madrid’s history. However, his spell at club didn’t work as expected due to injury woes. This resulted in decline in form and fitness.

Eden Hazard captained national team from 2015 to 2022. Meanwhile, his team was able to receive third place in 2018 World Cup. It was a historical moment for country and he won silver ball as second best player of the tournament.

Injury woes made him day to day flop during time at Real Madrid. However, as a football fans we should always remember legends like him. Entertainment which we got by their effort are always worthless. Eden hazard is a once in a generation players which we witnessed. Their hard work should be paid off at the end.
